This was so delicious!! I wish it had a little more, but it was so good. Usually I’m hesitant about frozen Mac and cheese because it’s never quite the same, but this is delicious.

The texture/consistency was good and flavor was better than the standard frozen single serving meal. Would recommend if you're looking for a simple, yummy bite to eat!

My oldest struggled with stomach issues a few years ago so we limited the amount of gluten she ate. I wish I knew about this product then because she would've lived off this. I still try to watch our gluten intake, especially because we have several in laws that have gluten allergies so I'm more conscious about having that around when they're over. The taste was good and it was super easy to make up. The portion size was enough for my kids or to fill me. Overall I'm impressed with this brand and the large variety of gluten free options they offer. I'm looking forward to trying more!

Especially for my kiddos. I will be ordering more Amy's meals and can't wait to review them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was ok for a fast meal at work. Although I feel it is tasty, the cauliflower is a tad too mushy for me. I normally eat my pasta al dente and this was more of the "overcooked" taste. Would I buy this again, I would have second thoughts but probably would and end up cooking it a little less time.

I wouldn't say it's the best example of gluten free Mac and cheese I've had but it is surely very far from the worst. Over all it is good and I'd say it's worth trying if you're looking for gluten free options.

So we bought the tamales and I was very pleasantly surprised at how good they were. I’m always apprehensive to buy the premade food, but I definitely would buy these again and try the other products as well. There is plenty for three people.

Perfect midnight meal once everyone is in bed, it’s cheesy, guilt free and comfort food at its finest. Definitely give it a shot if you haven’t! I have to say though, I’m Michigan inflation has hit and our Amy’s meals are very expensive now. It’s not cost friendly for our family so I use it as a rare treat. However, it’s worth it in the end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I try to squeeze in healthier options for my kids whenever I can and when I saw this mac n cheese, I knew I had to get it for my youngest. They aren't picky eaters to begin with and my youngest loves mac n cheese so I figured why not let him try it out. First of all, the packaging is really nice, modern, and flashy but has a farmhouse feel, at the same time. The calories are decent for a tray this size and I love the fact that it has aged cheese and a good amount of protein. Initially, I was going to put this in the microwave but then opted for the toaster oven. The instructions were easy to understand and follow and after about 45 minutes, it was done and looked bubbly and cheesy. Once it cooled down, my son had some and said how delicious it was!! I tried a fork full and really loved how creamy it was and how great all of the different cheeses came through. The texture was perfect, the taste was perfect, and I feel like it will be great on it's own or as a side dish. I do recommend it to people who love mac n cheese or anybody who likes trying different foods!!

The cauliflower was a nice touch and something different from broccoli. The whole entree has 16g of protein which makes it easy to reach my daily protein goals.
