First time trying this eyebrow pencil. I'm not sure if it is old stock from Target online. It was dry upon applying, it lacked color, and broke easily when applying pressure. I may try it from another store if it is different.

Poor Quality at Ulta in Target Store. I purchased one three days ago had the same issue. Re-purchased the second Anastasia brow, pencil, and the same issue as the last the entire pencil fell out. Stick with Anastasia website, Sephora, or Macy’s. Returning product.

I have used the L'Oreal Stylist pencil for years but when I went to replace them I discovered that Target discontinued my color. I'd heard a lot of buzz about Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz so I overlooked the price and ordered it because it comes in my color. It is QUITE a bit more expensive than the L'Oreal pencil but I find the color doesn't last as long or go on as easily. It is pretty much equivalent when it comes to covering gray. The $3 e.l.f pencil arrived today, maybe that will be more suitable for my needs.
