Have been buying this for years, but something has definitely changed recently. Quality of the paper is not as soft and the unscented paper had an INTENSE smell to it. We tossed all of it because the smell was so strong.

Why did you change this?? Angel soft used to be the best and a pretty good value. I noticed a decline in quality when covid started and it’s still the same, thin and rough, horrible. Will not buy again.

Recently went from Quilted Northern since i could only find it online or at other stores locally since Target stopped selling it. Also switched because we were going through a ridiculous amount of toilet paper. This toilet paper is good for the price, its not as hard as some others and is lasting much longer than the other plush brands.

So this toilet paper used to be OK, I haven't purchased this kind in about a year. I'm so mad I got scammed. I have 32 mega rolls of the worst toilet paper I have ever used in my 50 years of life. This stuff is worse than the toilet paper they put in public bathrooms. If you really need some kind of heavy duty sandpaper like situation to get clean you'll enjoy this, otherwise don't do it. I'm so mad about this I think I'm going to contact the state AG because this isn't even 2 ply. It's a huge lie

I have been a loyal customer for decades. I recently purchased 12 pack of Super Mega, the size of the rolls is great. It appears the quality of this is certainly NOT the same as I have experienced over decades of using this brand. This feels like a cheaper competitor. Over many years I have recommended Angel Soft and I even have had guests ask what brand of bathroom tissue I am using, and I proudly tell them Angel Soft as the only one I use after trying all the others. This package though, I would not recommend sad to say. It seems the formula or ingredients have been changed. This is just NOT as soft as expected from prior decades of using this brand.

Did not notice till we got home and opened thw 12 pack roll, that there was what appeared to look like lint all over several of the rolls on the outside of the roll but inside the plastic wrap.
