If you use a standard 5V/2A charger, it generally takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge the power bank. Using a lower-powered charger, such as a 5V/1A charger, will take longer, potentially up to 10-12 hours.

I bought this and another Anker product and this one worked and charged until about 6 months later when it just decided to stop working. Even when using the official Anker charger cable, it would stop charging after about 30 seconds for no reason even when it was left alone. I tried to charge it with no luck and Anker has no actual support. I've gotten worse batteries for less that still work.

It charges pretty fast, and I was able to only have to recharge it every few days so I’d say it holds a charge pretty well!

Took this to Europe and REALLY needed it. Unfortunately it would overheat and only charge 2% at a time before shutting off. Never was able to charge it up while traveling so only got one use out of it and bought an Austrian one. Customer service was also unhelpful and told me they'd need to get me to ship the faulty one back to them and recommended I return it to Target. Fortunately Target was the best and took it back when I returned from Europe, even though it was past 30 days.

It is a decent power bank, but i'd probably look into other brands. I bought this last minute for a trip and it did its job but I was expecting a bit more. I have a Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra, and when I plugged it into the power bank it charged around 1 percent a minute. 1 percent of charge to my phone also took away about 1% off the power bank as well. So really, I only really have one full charge for my phone while I was expecting at least 2.

Every time I buy an Anker product I wonder why I buy Amazon off brands. Anker is a decent price, vastly superior quality, and last longer than no name competitors. I bought this to run Game Changer (iykyk) and it will charge my iPhone 15 pro twice a day (and maybe more.. I haven’t tested beyond 2 full charges). When the Anker battery is low, it’s a relatively quick charge. You won’t be disappointed in this product!

I've owned several different types of portable chargers but this one is the best! It charged my phone from under 20% to 100% in one hour! I love that the battery life is in number percentage instead of the basic dots that every other portable charger uses. The only "negative" I can think of is the portable charger is a little larger than expected. It's about the same size as my samsung galaxy s23 phone, maybe even a little larger.. It packs a mean punch so I'd say it's still worth it

When I went to use it, it was still at 100% and worked perfectly for charging my phone. Not sure if it’ll hold a charge as well a few years down the road, but so far so good. Seems like it’ll be able to do two full iPhone 13 charges plus a bit extra. I also like that it counts down how much charge it holds and you can check at any time by pressing a button on the side. Gave it 4 stars because it’s a bit bulkier and heavier than I’d like, so it’s not as nice for travel. The material it’s made of on the outside will definitely catch any oils you have on your hands, but I was able to wipe most of it off. Overall, I would recommend it!

I like the digital screen that say what percentage of battery the charger has. There are 2 input outputs and comes with a cable. Charges fast the phone and the charger.
