Conceptually it is a great product but the execution sucks. It regularly needs to be disconnected from power to reset so that it will charge again. If you have a device plugged in and plug another one in it stops charging on the first device and it's seemingly random whether it will begin charging on it again. It was supposed to be a convenient small charger for my phone and laptop but it's just been an unreliable paper weight. Stop buying anker products, they are overpriced and under engineered. If you want to find a decent charger look up AllThingsOnePlace on Youtube

Best value in chargers. Great size and usability. If you’re in the market for a charger just get this. Would’ve been nicer if it folded like other Anker chargers, but it is understandable as you cannot find 40W charging this compact anywhere else.

it’s a quick charger. It is significantly better than the one you can buy from Apple and it’s $20 cheaper. As much as I am an Apple fan boy sometimes you need to not buy something from Apple just because the logo. It’s great super simple super easy to use, and it now works with the new cables that come in the iPhones box.
