Anolon Advanced Home 14" Hard Anodized Nonstick Wok with Side Handle and Lid Onyx

This wok cooks to perfection with little to no oil needed. Food doesn’t stick. It cooks evenly on my induction stovetop.

Sturdy and dependable wok. Been using this brand for about 8 years now.

Both wok and pan cannot handle high heat. Both bottoms convex and will not sit flat on stove top.

This is the only wok I have been using for years. I also bought it for my daughter who loves it too. It’s big enough and non stick. Good for daily stir fries and all sorts of cooking.

Just used my non stick wok three days ago. This wok is so nice and big--easy to stir fry meat with vegetables--also the cover is great. I also use the cover with my other large pans and it works great. Heats up evenly and cooks well. Clean-up is easy too. Highly recommend.

Just created a fried rice and chicken protein masterpiece and this WOK is fantastic, so easy to clean too. All my kitchenware is no Anolon.

I bought a 5 month ago. I make a stir fry and ather dishes for my family. Family of 7.

I just received this indigo blue wok in the mail today and the product exceeds my expectations. Blue is my favorite color and the indigo is just a perfect medium blue shade. The features seem endless...amazing color, great design, nonstick inside AND outside, silicon handles, medium weight, combo stainless & glass lid (I couldn’t tell from the picture if the center circle was glass or a solid black color- it’s glass so you can see into the wok with the lid on). I haven’t actually cooked with it yet but I’m doubting their will be problems. I’m hoping that Anolon will make their Suregrip Knives in the indigo color and pair it with a knife block that self sharpens the knives. I’d buy that in a heartbeat (if the price wasn’t outrageous anyway).

It gets heated evenly on any type of stove. If you're looking for a nice size wok then this is it. I totally recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not just a wok! Finally a quality made pan that is multi use. I love this pan. It's the perfect size to whip up homemade Chinese dishes for a family of 5. It sits level on my glass top stove and conducts heat evenly up the sides of the pan! It's also a lighter weight yet still cooks like a much heavier pan would. Here's my favorite thing about this pan. It can be used for so many other things, not just as a wok. I have made sauces in it, one dish meals and it is superb for making cheese sauce for mac and cheese. The pan is oven safe as well. I rarely need to put a pan in the oven and I haven't thought of anything to actually "bake" but it is safe if you have that need. The pan has a well fitting lid and the base has handles for easy stove to table moving. I loved having the food staying warm with the added lid! Overall it is so well made and now my favorite "go to" pan for everyday dishes!

Now that I have used this Analon wok I will never use any other. This is perfect for my family of 5 and is light and easy to move so you can really get an even cook when stir frying. It is also easy to clean and the double grip handles gives you complete control when cooking. Best wok I have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using my Anolon Advanced Home Hard Anodized Nonstick Covered Wok Stir and Fry Pan has made cooking easier for me. The high sides and deep bottom make it easy to keep the food inside the pan while stirring. I really like that the lid is clear so that I can see when my food needs to be stirred or is done. The Anolon Sure Grip handles are soft and comfortably fit in my hand. This pan heats up quickly and evenly. It is made of hard anodized material that makes this pan very heavy duty and durable, yet it is lightweight. I also like that it is oven safe to 400 degrees. In case I need to finish something off in my oven, there is no need to transfer the cooked food to another dish. One of my favorite features is that it is covered in non stick material on the inside and also the outside so cleaning is simple.

The handles are small but sturdy, the lid is awesome with the glass center! It let’s you see the food while your cooking without loosing the steam or letting the heat out. It does fog up but as soon as there’s enough it beads up and runs off the glass... It cooks so evenly with gas heat. I love being able to stir large loads with out spilling out of its high sides. This is my first wok but I’ve used them before and this one is very light and strong. And a breeze to clean as the nonstick really means just that!! I would for sure recommend this wok for anyone that cooks anything! Lol no really I made stir fry orange chicken last night and I’m going to try eggs this morning...
