I've never seen cake pans this heavy. I am excited to use them. If they are as good as the fry pans then I know I will love them. Love the silicon grips on the side too.
Quality pan, but not suitable for a layered cake

The quality of these are excellent, but the sides are not straight up and down, so if you are wanting to make a layered cake, be prepared to have to shave the sides of the cake to have it look right. Note that this can also affect the ease of icing application… once a cake is cut, it can become crumbly as you apply the icing.
