I ordered 2 of these, they were packaged so poorly they were both cracked and had pieces missing when they arrived. I don’t even want to try and order a replacement because if they are packaged the same way those will also be broken

I bought two of these mats and they truly have no gross chemical smell. The description says emission free and that is true!! Thank you for that, it was the main reason I tried this mat as I have pet birds in the same room. As a bonus these were shipped flat! so that was awesome, no messing around trying to flatten out. I can't speak for longevity yet but I'm very pleased and would purchase again. The quality seems very nice. There is a very slight texture to the top side.
