Bought an Apple 4K it worked fine until I did a software upgrade rendering it useless at it would not turn on. This is what ending up working for me after issues with the Apple 4K and the Roku Ultra (faded, washed out live 4K): Buy a good TV with the apps you need/want and stream through it; for me the LG OLED. Set the picture mode to either Sports or Vivid, ramp up the color setting and the clarity and you will be happy.

We have owned mutliple media players over the past 30 years and this the best by far. We have a Synology NAS Server, I had no problem connecting to, unlike the past players. The Apple TV 4K media device was the easiest to setup. Simple to navigate around. Apps are easy to install and unistall. Oh yeah, the picture quality is GREAT! I could keep going, but I think you get the point by now. Well worth every penny!

Amazing device, I don’t have a smart tv so I need to use a tv stick on it and this was the best solution! Yes it is a little pricey but oh my it is so worth it! I have a Sonos speaker with airplay only and it cannot connect to any other device other than Apple, so that was huge, and you can seamlessly connect AirPods and Bluetooth devices as sound and it is so powerful as a device, you can play games and connect remotes for games like Xbox controller. This was the best option and solution for me and is the best tv right now!

Apple using every disappoints from its easy set up and easy use to all the features. Every TV in our home has one and we have given this as a gift to several family members! I used to love my 4K Apple TV, but now after tvOS 18.2 update, it’s super slow— worse than my 5 year old Roku :( Lots of input lag and shuddering animations. Apple quality control has gotten a lot worse since Jobs passed away :(

The Apple TV is life changing. If you have an iPhone, it connects seamlessly so you can use phone s remote or as a keyboard to search for shows. I love the user interface and I can’t believe it took me so long to buy one. Also, it converted my tv to Dolby vision and it looks so amazing!!!

Far and away the most convenient and premium streaming stick, especially for iPhone users. The integration with iPhone, Siri, and other Apple products is a game changer. It enables me to ask Siri to turn the TV on/off, to pause, rewind, you name it, all from my phone or from the remote itself.
