The grip is a bit hard for my liking, but it doesn't limit the quality of the knife in any way. It is a reasonable weight. It is easy to clean. I kept the plastic box in which it came for easy storage and extra protection. Great quality and would make a good gift for any people who love to cook.

This is by far one of the best "expensive" knife I have bought. Whenever I cut a melon it takes ne almost 10 minutes but with this knife it took me less than 5 minutes. It cuts like butter and I love it. Makes everything so much easier and faster.

When it comes to knives I've always shopped on price, picking the cheapest sets I could find. I genuinely didn't think the knife could/would make much difference. And then I tried this knife- and holy cow! I was making a vegetarian dish and slicing the onions was magic. The blade slid right through- clean easy cutting. The knife had a nice weight to it, and was insanely sharp. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this knife.

It came well packaged and didn't have any issues with discolor, etc after washing it. It's sharp and gets the job done. One improvement I would suggest is making the handle with finger curves so the knife is easier to grip.
