For $11 (on sale, usually $14.99) this works great. Sure, it’s not the best quality, but if you work a little harder with it, the results are great. Not sure how long they’ll last, but my eyebrows look like they would after I fill them in with a pencil. Less work for me to do with makeup now. Will likely buy again.
Horrible consistency! Steer away!

The color coming in powder form to mix with the developer is horrible. It stays grainy, no matter how much you mix it or how much developer you add to it. By the time you get it to a usable, consistency, half of the development time has already passed, rendering this product inefficient. I’ve had much better experiences with products that the color comes in liquid form. This product requires a lot of work and barely color my brows.

I actually loved this product for 1.5 years (would've rated 5 stars) but then started getting a bad allergic reaction (red itchy flaky brows for weeks after) so had to stop. Research taught me this contains PPD which many people are ok with but many also eventually develop a reaction to. I hope Ardel updates their formula to not include this and be safer! In the meantime I'll be trying non-PPD tints

I bought this a week ago and attempted to mix and apply it this morning. Could NOT get mixture “smooth and creamy” per instructions. Tried applying clumpy and grainy but couldn’t get it to stick or spread. Waist if time and money! Do not recommend.

Instructions are contradictory. It says the ratio is 4 parts developer to 1 parts colorant. Then instructs you to use a pea size of developer and 2-3 scoops of powder - which is much more than the pea size of developer. So, who knows what the texture is supposed to be, but for me it was gritty/chunky, not smooth.

( this is not even one star!!! It’s zero) After mixing the powder and the developer you get a sandy uneven texture that is LITERALLY impossible to be spread out… and it is NOT a tint at all… it’s eyebrow dye which does NOT stain your skin as you would think it SHOULD… 100% garbage…

Nothing about this product is good honestly. I was super excited to see a brow tint product in store that was affordable. I got it and it is just awful. I followed the directions and got this thick clumpy paste that would not go on my brows at all. It dries instantly in the mixer and when you try to apply it, it flicks right off and gets into your eyes. Not to mention, it doesn’t even do the job! So so disappointed I wasted my money on this.

Had to super mix the color to get rid of clumps, but was able to get it smooth after a few minutes of mixing and pressing clumps to side of mixing dish. Had to do 3 applications 10, 5 &5 to get the white hair darker. Looks great! Used Vaseline to prevent stains.

Better off getting the just for men beard dye. The brow tint did not mix well at all no matter how many variations of tint powder and brow conditioner.

This eyebrow tint is just ok, first it says mix until smooth bit it has little bits in it that never dissolves fully so it kinda feels like wet sand. 2nd if you have any kind of face care routine, this DOES NOT LAST, it says tint lasts up to two weeks but I got 3 days. I’d rather use the just for men beard dye, cheaper and lasts longer.
Tried and true: a great substitute for daily brow

I bought this a long time ago and used to use it successfully to darken my blondish brows. Today I found it in the back of the closet and decided to dye my brows. I forgot how well this works! Just make sure your brows are completely dry before you use it. I need to keep on a full 10 minutes. The developer has gotten a little runnier over time, but the product still worked. This used to be sold at the national drugstore chains, but I never see it anymore. It is such a nice alternative to using the brow gel I out on everyday. Recommended. Do one brow at a time. The spoolie that comes with the kit is not the best tool to apply dye; a Q-tip works better IMHO.

Did not tint, still white eyebrows. Directions contradictory said 4 parts developer to 1 part colorant in the next steps squeeze pea sized amount of developer and use 2-3 scoops tint. (Scoops are pea sized.) Did not mix well/smooth. Waste of money and time.
Was this an elementary class experiment?

They couldn’t have made this any worse. Even the instructions contradict itself! I tried it both ways. Neither way ended with a smooth consistency. Then it wouldn’t even stick to my hairs! I brushed it on harder and harder trying to coat my eyebrows but it just wouldn’t. But it dyed my skin underneath. Maybe that’s what it’s supposed to do.
