This is our second nubbies dental toy from Arm&Hammer. My puppy loved it. Unfortunately, within one week she broke through the plastic (on both toys).

I have a 3 year old Border Terrier, Service Dog. I got him as a puppy. He destroyed an indestructible dragon. Chewed off the ends of toys, and popped balls. Most happened because those toys were too small for him. Bigger toys, he can't open his mouth wide enough to get any benefit. When I found this toy. This is good. Has both a softer side. And a harder side. Being out with me, I had a number of toys with us, because I didn't know what he would want. This bone allows me to take less. The dog pictured for this toy is a French Bulldog. Small dog, about the size of my dog. But bone isn't in its mouth. So no example on size and how it should fit. If you look at our pictures, you'll see how it fits my dog's mouth. Giving a small bone to a larger puppy or dog will end up being destroyed. You should expect it. Bailey likes this bone alot, and is among his favorites. That's why I'm back looking for more.

Poor quality - my dog was able to chew the rubber part off and ingested some of the small pieces. I threw away less than 24 hours after giving it to her.

my baby just got this toy today she is 6 months 35 lbs and loosing baby teeth, the toy has those little spickles.... in two minutes she has two off and down her throat, this toy is not puppy safe.
