[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I am being SEVERELY limited in how I can critic these tablets. The word P A I N is being censored, despite being a KEYWORD ON THE PACKAGING. So I am limited in how I can assess the claims made on the packaging. They did not work. They did not make me feel any better or help with ANYTHING that the package said they would. I'd be interested in seeing if they helped when I already had bad bruising, but as I did not have any when I used these, I can not say if they'd be helpful. All I do know is that they did NOT help with mild bruising from day-to-day life or the negative physical feelings (P A I N) associated with that. I noticed NO decrease in muscle P A I N, stiffness, or swelling from injuries. Those are the direct parameters from the packaging. That said, they are nice tablets. They dissolve easily without a grainy feel or texture. They leave no aftertaste. And they don't make your mouth feel bad. They basically just taste like a ball of sugar. Which is pleasant enough. They did not upset my stomach in any way and I was able to take them on an empty stomach without issues.
