Turn tube upside down; Twist until 5 pellets are dispensed; Remove cap and pour pellets under the tongue.Adults and Children
As soon as bruising occurs, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue, and repeat 3 times a day until bruising has faded.Inactive ingredients

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The effectiveness of Arnica's Bruise Pellets is pretty good. I had a nasty bruise on my knee and one on my hip. After taking the Arnica Bruise Pellets, everyday the bruises seemed to disappear fairly quick.

The 1st time I had walked into a pole & bruised my shin really bad.😅🤦♀️ The bruise stayed for about a month even while using this supplement.🤷♀️ The second time I used it was for bruising on my arms. The bruises lasted for 2 weeks, so I don't know if they really help or not since I bruise so easily & take so long to recover.🤷♀️

I took the Bruise Relief as directed and after 6 days, the pain and mark is almost gone. I would recommend this product after any type of surgery or injury that causes bruising. You will notice a significant improvement in the appearance and discomfort of the bruise. It is very affordable and eay healthier for your body than regular pain relievers. It didsolves under the tongue, so there is no need for a drink to wash it down. It also gets absorbed into the body much quicker and no chance of upsetting your stomach

This is way less messy than honey, though !

They are slightly sweet and don’t leave an aftertaste. They don’t dissolve completely is what I noticed. Overall, the product did reduce the time for my bruise to go away slightly.
