I’ve bought this item a couple of times for my mother and she loves them! She feels they have worked well to relieve her anxiety. She also likes the taste!

I can feel the sense of calm after I take one in the morning to get my day started and the second at night right before bedtime helps me sleep. 👍🏻

Bummer! My bottle came with melted gummies! I did taste a bit of the gummy goop and the taste is good! Will return and get this product again to see if the benefits work for me!

After doing some research and reading the reviews, I decided to give this product a try.The price seemed fair and the shipping was quick.Unfortunately those are the ONLY positive things in my opinion. I felt nothing positive after taking this product for 2 weeks. The one thing I need notice was that I was not sleeping through the night and I was have negative dreams, not nightmares, but dreams of negative things happening....very odd. And losing sleep is never a good thing.I would not reccomend this product, it does nothing to relieve stress or improve sleep.

First time using Ashwagandha. So far very good experience. Feeling calmer and more energized in a way that feels natural.

I don't like pills - I love these, taste good and I take before bed, I have seen my sleep improve and my mood.

I'm not generally into supplements as most turn out to be a con or their claims have been disproved. That said, I do try to keep an open mind. So when I was looking for something to help with my anxiety ahead of a trip I was making overseas last year -- alone -- Ashwaghanda came up as a suggestion. The reviews here made me decide to give it a try.Well, I was surprised. After taking my first two gummies I actually felt ever so slightly lightheaded for a brief time -- which amazed and concerned me a bit -- but that was the only odd response and it never repeated. That night I slept soundly, falling asleep fast and not waking till morning, which I hadn't done in some time. And as the day progressed I noticed that the edge had been taken off my anxiety, just enough for me to disregard it if I chose.I've taken two gummies every early evening since. I feel somehow calmer most of the time. My trip went really well, too.Is this the placebo effect? I don't know. It could be all in my head or a result of actually getting some proper rest at night, so I can't say for certain that it's helping my anxiety. But I have found that when I forget to take my Ashwaghanda, I have the usual trouble falling asleep. For that I find them really helpful and worth the price.

I was surprised that this product works. I was able to reduce my sleep meds by half. Hopefully I can remove all my prescription sleep meds and just take this supplement

What I will say that is that both myself and a family member have used this product with noticeable benefits when it comes to addressing anxiety in particular. I find that what it helps me with is handling situations that used to kick in the fight or flight response. Things that are not that big of a deal but used to irrationally cause an increase in my stress and anxiety are significantly easier to push my way through when actively using Ashwagandha. Very pleased. (I've used it for more than a year, taking a month every three months).

I felt better after two days of starting this supplement. I have cut back on the daily dose (from 2 to 1) but still taking and it really works - it actually lets me use the bottle for 2 months instead of one, so saves me some money!

My wife swears by this to have an even and balanced mood! And therefore her husband gives this two thumbs up!

Helped to calm me and has kind of reduced my anxiety levels but didn't help much to the cause . I didn't find it extremely effective maybe I had expected a lot more out of it

Take it every night before going to bed and I sleep all night. Helps keep me calm also.

This product is absolutely amazing! I started taking it a couple of months ago because of anxiety, and it has made a world of difference. My resting heart rate was pretty high and since I've been taking this it is within the normal range. I highly recommend this product!

I have heard so much about this herb. Not putting down this particular brand but none of them seem to work. I have panic disorder/agoraphobia. Doctors no longer are willing to prescribe benzodiapenes so I'm looking for alternatives. I give up. Beer and NyQuil work better than any snake oil herbs or CBD.

I haven't been on it long enough to know real change. I heard it recommended by Dr Axe & that is why I'm trying it. This is my first experience with Ashwagandha.
