I've been taking these capsules for over a month now (onto bottle #2!) and it seems to be working so far! I definitely feel less bloated and dropped a lot of water weight my first 2 weeks of use. I feel lighter and am going to the bathroom regularly. I dropped a star because I was short 1 capsule, so on the last day of my bottle, I wasn't able to take the 2 recommended capsules. So it's more of a quality control issue than anything.

I have been really fighting my weight these last couple years and I just finished my first bottle and I lost a few pounds and they have stayed away! I am not active rn due to surgery but I cannot imagine how much weight i could lose if I actually was working out on top of these!

I feel like this supplement did nothing for me. It didn’t reduce my appetite or cravings and I don’t feel like it increased my metabolism at all. It’s been a few weeks and literally nothing has changed. Im very conscious of what I eat, work out 3-4x a week and have a very active job. I had hopes that adding this supplement would help enhance what I was already doing to help get rid of some stubborn areas around my waistline but I haven’t noticed any difference. It has been a waste of money.

Love these! I don’t take them everyday as directed just on my days I’m going workout for the added energy. Give 30 minutes and you will be ready to conquer any workout and not feel like you’re going to eat the house after. There’s no drop off once it wears off either.
