I hesitate to take any cold coffee or shakes because I am lactose intolerant. I would recommend this product to anyone who have lactose allergy. I have recommended it to a coworker who is also lactose intolerant as, and she loved it as much as I do.

Nothing really stood out different to me on the packaging but the flavor was really good! It had very clean ingredients with a source of protein. Didn’t taste chalky like regular protein shakes I’d definitely try again!
