Creamy chocolate and coconut! It boosts my protein for the day! I simply add it into my morning coffee instead of coffee creamer for a healthier coffee and it does the trick! I love that that the package has a twist off lid so what I don’t drink In one day I can use the next day without it going bad.

Honestly, I would never drink this again or recommend it to anyone. Read the ingredients! The second ingredient is vegetable oil, and the first is water, which gives you an idea—you’re basically just drinking oil with a bunch of food additives. Corn fiber, soy protein, cellulose (which we can’t digest) among other things you can’t pronounce. It doesn’t sound natural or good for your body. While this may be marketed as a 'diet food,' I don’t think it’s healthy at all. The taste reflected the ingredients, which aren’t whole foods or natural or something I’d want to consume. Overall, not something I would drink again. The flavor honestly grossed me out and after a few sips I just threw the rest away.
