The Atkins Strong shakes are really delicious. The peanut butter is my favorite, but all the flavors are good. I am always trying to make sure I get in enough protein everyday, so I really like that these have 30g of protein. I will definitely keep these in my rotation for convenient snacks.

Is it my favorite drink in the world? No, but the macros are great and it’s a super quick and easy addition to your diet to make sure you’re getting enough protein.
