You can consume products beyond the date, but we don't recommend it as there may be slight changes in flavor, color, or nutritional value. We'd rather you enjoy our products at their best! Our pancake mix should be stored in a cool dry place, such as a pantry. We don't recommend refrigerating or freezing the mix; we suggest making the batter into pancakes/waffles and then freezing the extras to be used at a future date.

The mix is not in a bag and is just poured into the box directly. It would be easy for pests to get into or for high humidity to affect it. This is unacceptable. I won't be buying this again.

This is the first time this happens. When I poured the mix in a bowl, I noticed stuff was moving in it. As I took a closer look, it had little brown bugs all over it. Sick.

I use this mix to make waffles. I add vanilla and a little sugar and they turn out delicious!!! I’m not thrilled with the fact that there’s no bag in the box but I place it in my own bag once I get home and store it in the fridge. Doesn’t get any easier than this too make pancakes or waffles:)

I was really looking forward to trying this pancake mix. I love pancakes! I love how fluffy they came out and the taste is decent but it's outweighed by the negatives. When I opened the box I was very surprised to see that the mix is put directly into the box, not into a sealed plastic bag. The pancakes also came out kind of gummy in texture. Very strange. I won't be buying this again.

I ordered this product online and when I took It out of the shipping carton I could see little puffs of powder coming out from one bottom corner of the pancake mix box. I squeezed the box a few more times and puffs of mix came out each time. Evidently, the pancake mix does not come an inner safety pouch - the mix goes straight into the box, and this box was not fully sealed. If mix can come out from a new unopened box, then other stuff could get in. Poor quality control and design. Due to the possibility of contamination, I won’t use this box of mix and won’t order it online again.

This is the best mix you can buy!!! Before I found this mix I made homemade pancakes. Not anymore! I add water to a mix and get the same outcome. You can not beat it!
