Used to be a favorite and excellent product in my routine, until this was reformulated. It now leaks liquid every single time it is opened and it seems about half full. Really disappointed in this and will not be buying again.

My purchase came in today and I was very disappointed. When tried to use it, liquid or water came out of the tube, completely separated from the cream. I even tried to shake and squish the tube to combine it, but that didn't work.

I just opened a 3.3 fl. oz. tube and it completely separated with mostly liquid. I have been using this product for years and have never had this issue. I will be returning the other two tubes that I ordered. Very disappointed because I loved this product in the past.

Water issue

Like a few other recent reviewers, my tune had the water/liquid and cream no longer mixed. The water went everywhere. Target graciously replaced my first tube, but the second tube also had this same issue. Again, target graciously refunded at that point. Avene is one of my favorite skincare brands, so I’m really disappointed in this quality issue. However, I am thankful that I was able to be refunded.

I’m not sure what happened to this wonderful formula but the order I just received is a tube filled with water. I see many other one star reviews with the same problem. Also the tube itself has changed and it has a cheap feel to it. Way to ruin a great product! I hope I can return it as their policy states you can only return sealed product. Very disappointed.

I have bought 3 bottles of the 3.3 oz cream and EVERY single one was separated. No problems with the smaller tubes except I go through them in a week. Absolutely unacceptable.

Came separated and the blue liquid poured out everywhere. Attempted to combine by massaging the tube and shaking the bottle and is still incredibly separated making it near impossible to use.

This cream is very restorative after any kind of facial injury. At first I purchased and it arrived watery. They sent another tube and the consistency is just like the high quality product I've used before. Highly highly recommend.

My review is a mixed bag. When I opened the tube, it was half water. I closed it back up and messaged the tube to mix everything together, but it did not work. I did put the water on my skin and it felt healing, but it took several days off just getting water until I actually got the cream, which was amazing. I am not happy for paying for mostly water. Please, read the reviews, there are several who have experienced this very same thing.

Just opened this up because I was using the remainder of my last tube. I’m extremely disappointed. When I squeezed the container to get some out, nothing but water/liquid came out. This happened with my last purchase too, but only a slight amount of water/liquid came out. Not this time, this time it was nothing but liquid. I tried shaking it to mix, but when I did I heard sloshing of liquid, no cream at all. This tribe is full of liquid only,, it’s useless. What a waste of money! Do not purchase.

It eliminates itching on dry skin instantly. It moisturizes without being greasy. My skin absorbs it quickly. Psoriasis suffers have loved it when I gave it for Christmas presents.
