A: Hi thelmairene. Each kit contains 200 mL of citric acid crystal, 2 disinfectant wipes, and a pair of nitrile gloves, which are all single use. The mini screwdriver, mixing stirrer, and scrubbing sponge are included and can be reused when cleaning your water cooler.

The instructions were limited in detail, used internet videos to find methods that varied. Water tasted bad for a while had to run warm water through many times to remove the taste.
I will definitely buy and use the Avalon products again.

10/10 you have to watch the video, the written instructions do not include a lot of the IMPORTANT steps needed to throughly clean your machine. Other wise, it did what it was supposed to do. Which is good, becuase no one likes floaties in their water.
