I was super hesitant to order this for delivery based on the reviews, but this was great. My first time cooking ribs and after learning how to remove the membrane on the back by YouTube video, it was such a simple thing to slow roast at 275° for 4 hours. Great price. Will definitely order again.

They were grisly, tough as shoe leather and tasted off - like maybe they were old or about to go bad. Not even Sweet Baby Ray's could save them. I cook first in an Instant Pot for 35 minutes(NR) and with tenderizer in the rub. I mix apple cider vinegar with water to make them super tender. Any other place I get baby back ribs they would fall off the bone! These seemed to say, "Hold My Beer" and were tougher than a Marine. I hope a few minutes in the broiler would help; they came out looking like Clint Eastwood does now. I won't make the mistake of buying again. I hate wasting food and this was a total waste.

Opened the vac-pak of these baby back ribs BEFORE the use by date and even though the pak was completely intact and still vacuum-sealed the ribs were already rotting. And I mean smells like a land fill bad. Since the packaging was still perfectly sealed, that can only mean the company packing these is lying about the use by date. And not just a little but a lot. Considering these supposedly not yet expired ribs were so fetid I had to immediately remove them from the house, the date on ours should have been at least 2 weeks earlier than what they put on the label. Target needs to switch to a different, more trustworthy supplier.

Just recently purchased some ribs and it stunk as soon as I removed it from the packaging an immediate foul stench leached all over my kitchen I immediately threw this to the garbage, sealed the bag & tossed it out the smell was that bad. I feel as though the meat section in any target I have visited does not have any thing near to fresh meats. This section needs to be supervised much better this was not my first experience buying somewhat close to rotten meat but it definitely will be my last

I cooked these ribs the same way I always do and they came out terrible! Neither I nor my teen boys liked them. They were marinated and cooked in my instant pot as I always do. We were quite disappointed. Heads up! Not good quality.
