Q: Why would anybody use the 45 or 60 min dry cycle if there is a 30 min option? Does the 30 min cycle completely dry everything?
A: Using the 45 or 60 does a complete job of sterilization, drying....it’s really worth trying and using daily.... I used this product for an entire year...gave it to my niece to use for my great nephew...thoroughly cleans every item...

Q: /does this work for breast pump parts
A: Hello, we do advise referring to your breast pump user manual before any sterilization. However, our unit does support the usage of breast pump accessories for sterilization. Q: Does this product require anything other than the water you choose to use? Any specific tablets or detergents? Also, how often do you suggest descaling and cleaning of machinev
A: Thanks for reaching out! Our Sterilizer and Dryer is designed to operate using only water—no tablets or detergents are needed. Please note that this is not a bottle washer, so we recommend placing only pre-washed bottles into the unit for sterilization. For optimal performance, we suggest descaling the machine weekly or as needed.

Q: What kind of water cods this unit take? Distilled water only or tap water as well?
A: We recommend distilled water to prevent mineral buildup on the heating plate. You can use tap water, however this will require more frequent cleaning/descaling of the heating plate.

Q: Has anyone/can this be used this to clean an Elvie pump?
A: If you can put Elvie pump parts in the dishwasher, then you can sterilize them. To confirm, we'd recommend contacting Elvie directly and asking them if their pump parts can be sterilized in a steam sterilizer.

Q: Can I put my daughters sippy cups in here too?
A: You should be able to as long as its dishwasher-safe. Most plastics that are sturdy enough for the dishwasher are also safe to put in a sterilizer

Q: Does it work for avent glass bottle as well?
A: Yes it does. It works with all brands and types of bottles made from glass, silicone and plastic.

Q: Fan has stopped working. How can it be fixed? I bought is in February last year.
A: We are sorry to hear this. Please contact Baby Brezza Customer Service so we can assist you and resolve this issue. You can reach us at CS@babybrezza.com or 888-396-6552 (M-F, 9am-10pm ET). This rarely occurs but when it does, it's usually due to water getting into the dryer fan. Please make sure not to overfill the water pass the "Max" fill line. If you did, please let the fan completely dry out and then try again. If this doesn't work, please contact us. This product has a 1 year limited warranty and if it applies, you are entitled to a free replacement if we can't resolve the issue. Thanks.

Q: I have one and I love it !! Am traveling to a country with 230 electric voltage .. can I use it they ?
A: This unit is 120v. You will need a converter or transformer to use in another country.
