Q: What’s the difference between this bouncer and the Baby Delight Highland?

A: Difference between Alpine bouncer and Highland bouncer - Frames (Alpine is aluminum and Highland is Steel), Alpine Bouncers comes with a travel/storage bag. The Highland is a tool free assembly while the Alpine is not.

Q: The directions sayin step 5 to attach the two black elastic loops on bottom of fabric cover to the chrome steel frame, however I am not seeing any black elastic loops. Can you advise?

A: Hi Tracey, The Alpine Deluxe Portable Bouncer is recommended for 0-6 months and up to 20 lbs. It is recommended that parents stop using the product when baby starts trying to sit up or has reached 20lbs, whichever comes first.

Q: Would this fit in a suitcase when it's folded up?

A: Hi Morgan, unfortunately the Alpine may be a bit too large to fit into your suitcase for traveling when folded flat. Your best bet may be to disassemble the bouncer and packing it that way (being sure to bring a screwdriver in order to put it back together). Hopefully this has been helpful and safe travels!

Q: Hello, does this bouncer have "natural bounce" like the baby Bjorn one? meaning, when the baby moves does it naturally bounce or do I need to use my hands to manually bounce it?

A: Hi there GG, great question. The Alpine bouncer does have the "natural bounce" that you're talking about. Once your little one is able to kick and wiggle about, the bouncer will gently bounce as they do! It also comes with an adorable toy bar to get your babe moving and playing so assist with the bounce. It’s so beautiful but also we used this till my son literally maxed out the weight . It’s easy to move around and folds flat. It’s easy to clean and my son loved to sit in this ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised by how sturdy this is. The base is heavy, and the rubber feet keep it from sliding around. The fabric cover fits snugly with straps to keep it in place. Assembly was quick — just 4 screws and about 10 minutes. The fabric feels soft and thick, not like the cheap stuff you sometimes get. The color matched what I expected and looks nice in my living room. The only downside is the reclining mechanism, which got stuck a couple of times, but maybe it just takes getting used to.

I was surprised when I received it that it’s more of a darker, mauve pink than a blush pink. The assembly wasn’t too difficult, but I had some issues with the small screws on the upper frame.
