Baby Trend Deluxe II Nursery Center Portable Playard

I added this to my baby registry and set it up . No mattress as others stated. My baby is 5 months and rocks the entire playpen when she moves . My husband checked it but cannot be tightened. Highly disappointed. I wish I would’ve known, I would’ve gone a different route.

As everyone else said, it doesn't actually come with a mattress. Also, you need to place a changing pad on the changing table. It's not waterproof. My little one peed on it and we can't even take it off to clean it. Not very convenient

Just put it together. I can tell it is much more cheaply made than the Graco l had before. The materials aren’t great. The changing pad is cloth, instead of plastic. So, it isn’t easily wipeable. Yes, like someone else said, the canopy is shaped like a dorito. It is also quite short. I am 5’2”, and l have to bend over to use the changing pad. I remember my Graco being taller. Anyways, l am glad l got it half off. Maybe it is worth the $75, but it definitely wouldn’t be worth the full price. I got what l paid for. I don’t think l would ever buy anything else from this brand again.

Overall the model display had what I was looking for but when I opened it up, the bassinet had the wrong bar parts to connect together.

Mine did. It come with the little music player.

In three description it says removable full size bassinet. It does not include one!!! Also the mat is so hard I can't even lay my baby in it. It would be like laying them on cement.

Absolutely loved it … definitely recommend

A disappointment from the beginning

I received this item as a gift at my baby shower and after assembling it, we realized it didn’t come with the mattress. Now we are not able to return it as we don’t have a gift recipient and we tossed the box. This is extremely frustrating as we are expecting baby any time now and now we have to worry about purchasing a separate mattress. I do not recommend this product.

I added this pack & play to my baby shower registry. We’re just now setting it up to use it and noticed the bottom is very hard. After reading reviews apparently there’s a mattress pad that’s supposed to be included in the box. It was missing and we didn’t realize until now. I’m sure I can’t return it since it’s been well over 90 days. 11 months to be exact. My advice would be to make sure all the pieces are included if anyone orders this pack & play.

Bought this thinking it would be the best but it’s a hassle to deal with customer service. My play yard didn’t come with no mattress and they made me go through a lot of steps in order to confirm and still have not received anything. The canopy is also messed up and I tried everything to fix it. Can’t return it since I tossed the box smh.

Bought this for the birth of my second child. Setup up was easy and only took a few minutes. I was able to set this up without support from another person. No tools necessary. I only needed to use the screw driver once to open the door to the battery compartment of the sound machine. My newborn daughter absolutely loves her bed . It’s cute and girly. I chose this over the graco brand and am so glad I did. I also chose this over having her in a traditional bulky crib. This bed comes with a machine that plays music , massage vibrations, nature sounds, and has a night light which is so much more than what the graco pack a plays or traditional cribs offer. The price point is also very affordable allowing you to buy other things that you need for your new baby. I’m very happy with my current purchase.

Canopy was the selling point for me , not rounded as pictured, comes to a point like a cone. Light feature dim, music very low. Unimpressed and wish I could return.

I love it for my god daughter

Only received the crib, mattress, and changing table. Missing bassinet assembly, and canopy assembly. The two reasons I bought this crib. If I wanted just a crib I would have spent a LOT less money.

I am missing part of the bassinet and would like further information on how to fix this issue.

I’ve currently been using this for about 2 months now as a bassinet for my newborn to sleep next to me, and hoped to continue to use it the coming years as well. I just recently noticed the board/mattress broke I’m assuming during a sheet change. It is basically like plywood pieces inside the material. the one end separated and I can no longer lay my baby down comfortably and safely as the mattress is uneven and the hard piece will dig into either her head or her lower back depending which way i lay her down. I will be attempting to contact the company for a replacement mat.

I really like this pack and play. My son enjoys the music and sounds. The only thing is the vibrations, he is not a fan. The changer is good and he still can fit on it at 4 months. Only issue is when wiping the pad down it water stained underneath with using just a disinfectant wipe. Can make this better.

The instructions are a nightmare and very hard to follow, I thought the price point would get me a decent pack n play but this just feels really cheap. The bassinet seems flimsy, the mattress is like a board which I get it’s supposed to be firm but this is like zero padding. It says it can hold 30 lbs but I’m hesitant to put that to the test. We plan to use this in our main living area but if I were planning on using it for travel this would not do. It is cumbersome and took twice as long to set up as it should’ve. I’m stuck between keeping it bc it’s already been set up vs returning it for something better

Setting this up was… okay. It didn’t take long but there are definitely some annoyances: - Velcro at the bottom of the mattress. You’re instructed to feed the Velcro straps into these very small seams at the bottom of the base. VERY annoying to get them through. AND you don’t learn until later in the set up guide that if you’re going to use the bassinet mode, the mattress isn’t going to be placed at the bottom anyway so doing that whole Velcro bottom step wasn’t necessary. - The canopy is smashed up pretty bad. You really need to smooth out the canopy so the points don’t look all triangular. It’s not neatly semi-circle style the way the product photo shows. It’s more Dorito shaped. But you can attempt to make it the right shape. With a lot of time and patience. I took a photo of what it looks like after smoothing/maneuvering it for a while. - Wrinkly Boy is this thing wrinkly. It doesn’t look very neat and tidy. Every element is crinkled/wrinkled. I’d be worried to use a steam machine or something on it. Idk how the fabric will react. Maybe with time it smooths out but… sheesh. - The mattress is… firm. This mattress is safe for infants surely, but the fabric on it is not nice. I’d recommend grabbing a separate play yard mattress and buying a fitted sheet. If I were a baby idk I know I don’t know anything but, that mattress would be bogus to me. - The wheels are so smooth. Like butter. They did a great job with that. - Adding batteries to the music/light device. This was so cruel. Idk why you would make the batteries so difficult to put in. The device itself is shaped so that it can snuggly fit and snap into place for the longer flatter panels. Which means it’s basically in the shape of a hook. So they put the battery portion on the INNER part of this device. You need a screw to open the battery tab and then 4 AA batteries are place inside. Because the shape is so awkward, getting the batteries in SUCKS. Mainly for the ones where the negative side of the battery needs to hit the coil. Sooo annoying. - The vibration on the device is so lame. It’s mainly vibrating the panel the device is placed on. If you touch the mattress, nothing is happening. - The changing table does not feel safe. It just doesn’t. And the safety straps are not smooth. The tab to lock the straps together need a good amount of force to be undone. Probably not going to be fun to do when you’re sleep deprived. - The diaper caddy is very convenient. I like the diaper caddy and space pockets they provide. It’ll certainly get used. - The light on the device is super dim. Maybe it’s enough, it doesn’t seem like it to me. Baby isn’t here yet so idk. I took a photo. Overall, you get what you pay for. And you’re not going to get this neat and tidy looking play yard from the product photo. While setting this up, I kept thinking, welp, this is cheap… kinda felt guilty. I added photos of the light, the canopy shape, the wrinkly-ness of it all… idk. It’s very convenient but I don’t think I can recommend this. I’d rather have gotten other elements that achieved what this product is supposed to do. But when you have limited space, you have to make sacrifices.
