Really hard to install. We’ve installed 4 car seats between our cars and kids. This was the worst. After finally getting it in there safely, 4 year old complains it’s uncomfortable after a few minutes of driving. He’s an average height and weight and hates the seat

Worst car seat I’ve ever had to install. Couldn’t get the latch system or the seat belt to tighten. Harness is wayyyy too small for my 43lbs 3yr old. Will be returning.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. All is correct are n not as described : harness super is short, head area is a great idea but flimsy so that’s not safe, the separation of backing and seat is so loose that it doesn’t stay upright when my kid sat on it when I 1st opened and placed it on the floor. So now I’m looking for another car seat.

The harness did not fit my 38lb 4 year old. It was way too tight in the crotch area and I extended it as much as I could. The straps from the harness became undone somehow and slip off the hook…. This carseat is a nightmare. I will be returning. These safety features need to be fixed or issue a recall.

Does not latch into place

I was ina car seat recently and this saved my son’s life. My car was T-boned from the passenger side and my son was in the backseat on that side. He is looking at me now, alive and well, and it is only because of this car seat.

Straps are too short and do not accommodate the highest strap settings. My son can’t use it even though he fits the height and weight requirements. It is too tight against his chest and can’t buckle the chest clip due to it being too short.

The back will NOT stay on. I have done everything!! I've read instructions, reviews, youtube videos, tiktok videos. This seat is absolute garbage & a HUGE safety risk. All I keep seeing from other reviews is that the majority of people that have purchased this seat have the same issue. It doesn't "click" into place. You'll think that you have it assembled correctly but if you so much as poke it the back falls off. If I'm seeing this many reviews stating the same thing then I feel that they should all be recalled. So disappointing!!!!

DO NOT BUY IF YOUR CHILD IS 4+ YEARS OLD AND YOU PLAN ON USING THE HARNESS STILL. Hopefully you’re not like me, and you read reviews before buying. Because who knew a car seat company would make the harness straps too short???? I cannot even buckle my 5 year old in.

I had to return it because the back was NOT attaching to the base. I even looked up the YouTube video that BabyTrend posted and we could not get the pieces to snap together.

I’d give it zero stars but I had to chose one. The back is not sturdy even when you have the seatbelt through it and tighten. My son complains how bad it hurts his but and back because they are hardly any cushion. Worst car seat purchase made

Love the look of the car seat. It’s also comfortable.

Straps don’t adjust, it might fit a toddler between the ages of 1-2. My toddler is 3 and the straps are extremely tight. Definitely don’t recommend!

Overall it’s nice comfy for my child but the back head rest does not go down any lower than it should to protect my child’s head if a collision were to occur. Definitely this should be recommended for toddlers at least maybe 3+ yrs also depending how tall your child is of course but not for any younger

Nice car seat but straps are extremely too short for a 4 year old use. (Just turned 4) Will have to return and find something else. Not recommend.

Shoulder straps are very short. Purchased for a 5yr old who is well within the harness weight limit. Had to switch to a belt booster to use it. Initially bought two and I’m glad we returned one.
