Have had this for a little over a year and it fell apart on us. Very disappointing. It is also very loud when you recline it

Buyer beware!! Fell apart after a few months!

I loved this glider so much when I first got it! It’s so hard to find a stylish black glider and this was seemingly perfect. It was super comfy with a tall back which is great for tall people and was a dream for the first few months… until it started to squeak loudly followed by a weird wobble… Next thing I know, I’m looking at the bottom of the chair to see if I can identify the problem, and the whole base had fallen apart! The metal base had come apart in several pieces (where the base is welded together, so I couldn’t just screw it back together) and was no longer even connected to the chair! Talk about a dangerous situation to be in with a small baby! I’m 130lbs for reference and my baby is just now 20 lbs, so it’s not like we were hard on it or maxing out the weight. I’m not sure if I just got a bad egg, but buyer beware! I never waste my time leaving bad reviews on things, but I would hate for someone to tip backwards or fall out of this chair with their baby!

Really great quality glider for a good price. The 360 gliding and rocking are pretty smooth. This is a manual recline, which I don’t mind. I’m 5’2 and it’s pretty easy for me to get in and out and nurse my baby. Love it!
