Babyletto Maki Full-Size Folding Crib with Toddler Rail

This is a great crib. It was new /barely used and after the warranty period, we discovered some hardware was missing. Target would not assist us to even buy it. Babyletto was hard to contact and we were told that the hardware is discontinued. BEWARE and count your hardware when opening the box.it is unclear how this item keeps being sold without parts.

We bought it for our infant granddaughter. Easy to put together. Hasn't been used yet.

The crib seems good quality. We assembled it without the wheels and I think it looks better that one. One things to note -- the wood color is different from what is pictured. It's a white-washed, almost pink color. Not the warm natural wood color in the images.

Let me start with all the positives. Arrived in under a week in perfect condition, with all required parts and hardware, and that paint smell was gone in about 2 days just from me leaving the box open. Even though the manual said two person assembly I was able to do it myself in under 2 hours and didn’t get frustrated once. It would’ve certainly been faster and easier with another person but was by no means hard by myself. The only tool you need is a Phillips screwdriver (and I do mean screwdriver not drill). Seems very sturdy, rolls well, color is uniform, no scratches or splinters, and comes with the conversion kit. Now the complaints. The sealed box is HEAVY. I had to get help to get it in the house and then upstairs. However it does seem very sturdy and again, comes with the conversion kit so I suppose heavy is to be expected. Now this is where it lost a star: Although it was easy enough to assemble, I was surprised to realize how much work goes in to adjusting the height of the mattress or folding the crib for transport. You have to unscrew and remove the mattress support (one solid wood piece, fairly awkward and heavy) just to fold it down then you have to unscrew/rescrew 4 support bars to adjust the height. I will say the whole setup seems very safe, but there will be no moving it from room to room as I’d imagined because it’s just so much of a hassle to collapse and it doesn’t fit through a standard door frame when extended. (I’ve never used another collapsible crib so maybe those are really annoying too, idk). Couple other minor complaints: there are a couple of those federal warning stickers on the crib which I know bug some people, but I didn’t think they were noticeable at all so I just left them on (see pictures). Also, the mattress support is so tight against the railings on the ends that I couldn’t get my decorative skirt through. I just pulled the skirt through on the long sides and folded it under the mattress on the ends (see pictures). Wasn’t a huge deal for me, but something to keep in mind. Overall I’m happy with it because the quality seems good and I didn’t have to deal with missing or damaged pieces, long shipping times, or drilling my own holes. I do wish it were easier to collapse but again I think this is more due to safety standards than anything.

Beautiful Crib I bought this crib for my granddaughter for when she spends the night. I loved the fact that I could fold it up after she grows up and I’m not using it. It is a nice crib. Perfect size for a small space! My husband put it together in about an hour. He said it was easy! Buy it. It’s a good spend, Very nice quality too!

I almost didn’t buy this particular crib because some of the reviews said it was difficult to put together. It was very easy. My husband and I did it together and it took 20 minutes. The crib is BEAUTIFUL. We didn’t put the wheels on it but it’s a option to have. It’s heavy duty. It feels like a regular crib but has the flexibility to easily fold. We did not screw the platform in under the mattress because we’d have to unscrew it to fold the crib. It’s not necessary to screw it. My 18 month slept on it all night. I highly recommend this!

Portable and so easy to store. I have seen a few mini cribs that have this portability but this is the only full size crib I have come across that is so easy to store like this. Grandma and Grandpa love that its so easy to pull and pop out when their lil lady comes for a visit.

LOVE this crib and the options I have to roll or fold it, yet being full-size. Love how the natural finish looks, and also it is Greenguard non-toxic!

Love the design! easy for me to move around my place so I can take care of my baby easily when I'm home alone; however, i would love the product more if the wheels' color is consistent with the crib itself.... but overall, i love it
