Chocolatey and minty and crisp! I like them best frozen. Note that they are not organic. I eat them one at a time because of the cost. Sometimes I keep one in a covered dish on the counter just to nibble on instead of dessert. They're worth a try, and if you like Girl Scout mint cookies or Newman O's chocolate mint cookies expect these to be different. They seem pretty easy to eat without excessive crumbs, which I like. I was concerned when they were a little broken and melted during a hot delivery time, but that turned out not to be a problem or to ruin the flavor after freezing.

these fudge mint cookies are very tasty with a deep chocolate taste and a cool mint taste. not too sweet....just right! enjoy them!
