This is the worst Doll bed! First we received it and the footboard and Blanket was damaged. They were very quick to replace it the items. Once we started putting it together the wood that you need to put the screws in all cracked. It was to be a Christmas gift for my great niece and now I have to try and find a replacement so I have something to give her. This was so disappointing, don't waste your money!

This is a very cute bed. But putting this thing together was a nightmare. The screws did not line up properly and were difficult to get in flush. The wire extensions on top, for the canopy, did not fit properly at all. I am going to have someone help push the bars up and hold them in place while I try to finish putting the screws in completely.

I purchased this bed for my granddaughter for Christmas. It was something she decided she wanted very late in the game. So I was late in ordering it. I was afraid it wouldn't make it in time, but it arrived with time to spare. She absolutely loves it!

This bed will be for my granddaughter's doll and I will be giving it to her at Christmas. I know she will love it!! Yes, it must be assembled but as long as you know that in advance, it will save a lot of heartache. I assembled it and was very easy to put together.

Now my daughter wants one just like it! This went together in about 10 minutes. It's 8 screws and you're done. I put the canopy and mattress in the dryer to fluff them up and get the wrinkles out for about 5 minutes, worked like a charm! And it was a fraction of the price of any others I'd found.

This bed was a reasonable price for the American Doll. I put it together with some problems. The holes were not drilled through the wood of the frame. I had to use the screw in the reverse to make the hole. My 12 yr old Granddaughter loved it.

We are always happy to replace any part within the first 30 days if there is something unsatisfactory. There are two kinds of holes on this product. Some are drilled fully through for the screws, and some are only half drilled through for the pegs that provide stability and prevent the rails from twisting. We have not had any other reports of the screw holes being completely missing. If that was the case with your unit, we apologize for the problem, appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and feel free to contact us directly if you want to discuss it further and receive replacement parts. If the issue is just the half drilled holes for the pegs, then there should be no further problem if you have assembled the unit per the assembly manual diagrams, and we thank you for your review and feedback.

I haven't had time to put the bed together yet, but I did check the contents of the box. Everything seems to be there. The bed linens are really nice and made very well. I can't wait to put it together. The only complaint I have is that it took so long to get. Very long.

Regarding the shipping, all items leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after we receive the order data from the retailer. And then transit time would be about 1-5 business days. So without more specifics to look at the history of your particular order, we are not sure what would have caused an unusual delay, but we are sorry for whatever may have happened.

After overhearing my daughter say this was the bed she wanted (for her dolls) our elf went out and got this for her. On her birthday I let her open it and I alone, very quickly, armed with a Milwakee drill, put it together. this is very sturdy, very cute. the canopy however is not a tight fit and is a bit loose. We are going to make some pillow cases and a blanket to add to the bed. 10/10 would buy again. Beware though. it ships in the original packaging, not a generic target shipping box. little eyes may see the box and know what it is.

The doll bed is just what I expected! It is sturdy and looks very nice, especially considering the price I paid.

Extremely cute and shabby chic for my daughter's American Girl Doll. The bedding is on the thinner side, but my 7 year old loved getting this for her birthday. We are ordering another one for my 5 year old. Fits the 18" dolls perfectly.
