Q: Hello, what part is a choking hazard? I don't see any small parts.

A: Thanks for your question. By law, all children's toys should have that warning. In the case of this doll bed, the small parts are the screws, etc included for assembly. All Badger Basket toys assemble tightly and should stay firmly together for years of use, needing only periodic check to re-tighten screws if needed (as is normal for any assembled wood furniture that is regularly used). This doll bed will fit any doll up to 20 inches in length, including American Girl, My Life As, Our Generation and Madame Alexander, as well as 15 inch dolls such as Bitty Baby and Wellie Wishers. Q: Where do we put the little white plastic inserts during assembly? I know with the nail and holes but inside the hole or with the tip of the nail as you insert the nail?

On the side pieces of the bed, the insert needs to go on the side where the groove is on in the big hole, with the small hole in the insert facing the hole that the screw will go into. A: Thanks for your question! Overall this doll bed measures 22 inches L x 11.25 inches W x 10.25 inches H. The interior doll "sleeping" area measures 21.5 inches L x 9.75 inches W. It can nicely accommodate any dolls up to 20 inches long, including 18 inch American Girl dolls, or any other brand. Interior dimensions are 9.75 inches W x 21.5 inches L. It fits dolls up to 20 inches long so it would definitely fit an American Girl doll.

Literally, it smells so strongly it takes over a room. If it wasn’t a Santa gift I would return it in a hot minute. It has a string paint/fuel odor that we thought was the box but it’s been airing out for two days and I’m afraid to leave it in my daughter’s room.

I bought this as a gift from "Santa" for my 2 year old daughter. When we tried to put it together the night before Christmas, we found that the screw holes were mismatched and we cold not put the bed together. I'm very disappointed that my daughter will be without her gift from Santa.

I bought two of these as Christmas gifts for my daughters' and was hoping they fit their American Girl Dolls, though admittedly was a little apprehensive due to the [low] price. I was happily surprised that they are very sturdy and adorable! They fit the dolls perfectly. Also very easy to assemble and no other tools are required other than the ones they provide. I would highly recommend....
