Bala Pilates Ball

I would beware of this company's customer service policy or lack thereof. After receiving broken and/or faulty items, the company filed to make any resolution. I was offered no replacement for the item or the faulty pump, which hundreds of other reviewers have also complained about to the company. Unfortunately, I failed to see these reviews before purchasing this product. I was offered a "thank you" which they would bring to their design team. I don't know about you, but a thank you is not a viable resolution for a product that cannot be used. Beware of making purchase from a company that operates outside of the boundaries of "good faith". When one purchases close to 600.00 dollars from a company, you might expect support when a shipment of the product arrives with problems. Read the reviews!

So I read a LOT of the reviews and they’re not wrong - the packaging definitely leaves a line through the ball. I fixed this by over inflating the ball and left it for a few days and after some use in my workouts it’s nearly gone now. I do really like the texture and the quality seems great. Just that weird feature from the packaging!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t quite like it because it felt too hard when air-pumped. The material itself felt like hard rubber. The ones in pilates class are rather softer. Also, it had a fold or seam that was noticeable, and stayed. I don’t know if it would’ve gone away after a while.

It is still creased despite being inflated for several weeks, that might go away after using it more, I keep adding air to see if it will smooth out. Very pretty color and love the soft texture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ball arrives in a deflated state and it comes with a pump that is easy to use. This is actually a really good feature because I take it with me on business trips. If you insert the needle by itself (not attach the pump) you can deflate the ball and put it in your luggage. Then you can inflate it again when you arrive. It's really simple. The material is sturdy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ball is great. It’s thick and good quality. The only thing I wish was different is the texture of the ball. I think it needs to be a little more sticky or squishy so you can grip it better. I teach Pilates and Barre, and it is hard to hold the ball in your hands.
