Nowhere on the packaging stated that it was a Target exclusive nor a part of the 65th anniversary. Photos of the doll look better than the actual. Didn't like the wide hipped/thigh gap look. The pink striped swimsuit pays homage to vintage Barbie but that's it. Returned it.
