Love the articulation would’ve appreciated a lil music tho but still a great. Doll.. love that it has the ballet feet:)

I only gave this review a 1 star because of the advertisement of this beautiful doll online. We ordered online and almost missed her. If there are different races of a doll I always let my daughter pick which doll she wanted. Yet she asked why the doll she picked wasn’t in a beautiful box and how come a happy kid wasn’t playing with her. I didn’t have the answer so I told her that I’m sure it came in the same box I’d call and ask about why no happy kid was playing with her. I did call and they appreciated that I brought it to their attention. She wanted to take a picture and look at it like she does with all her new Barbie’s She said “Mom but I love this doll. Mom they can use that happy picture for the doll so she has a happy kid playing when her.” I did cry a little lol 😂 If target doesn’t change their advertising for dolls of all races we will not continue shopping here.

I bought my 3 year old this doll as a ballet recital gift. She loves the light and removable tutu that she can dress up other Barbie’s.

She has a bright lavender tutu that’s removable and she does well in the bathtub. My daughter is autistic, she loves baths so most toys go straight to the bathtub. This toy held her attention for hours !

I thought the lights were a cute touch, but do wish it has music or another play factor. It did keep our daughter entertained for awhile though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys absolutely love this ballerina Barbie. They were all fascinated by the flexibility of all her extremities and how bendy she is. Her following body parts all bend and move in different directions (hands, arms, knees, elbows & legs). Her outfit and head piece are absolutely stunning. The detail and shimmer on her tutu are so beautiful. The boys especially like the part where she lights up. She has 2 buttons on her waist that when pressed light up her upper corset in the most magical way. The boys had a lot of fun playing with her and trying all the different positions she could bend in to. The doll itself is gorgeous and very well made and durable. She is definitely a fun Barbie for any child to have and definitely promotes a lot of imaginative play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great toy for all kids! The way the ballerina’s body can move (the joints) makes for lots of fun in different dance positions. The light up torso is also very fun when doing imaginary play. Built very well for hours of fun and play, moves like a real Ballerina would!

She loves how it lights up and how you are able to easily move the joints to do different ballet poses. The only thing that would have made her love it more is if it played music, so you could have it dance to the music. She took this doll to play with while waiting to go on stage during her last ballet recital and it was a HUGE hit.

She takes it everywhere with her and takes her to her bed at night so she can see in the dark and not be afraid. If you have a little girl scared of the dark get this for her and she will get a full night’s sleep. Very sturdy toy made and designed well MATTEL hit a home run with this Barbie.
