A: So ridiculous for months it said on the website available December 1st now it's December 1st and it's out of stock. Target is a horrible company
submitted byLib - 1 year agoA: Totally agree. I stayed up to midnight central time and Western Ken was not offered. When I checked again at 3 am, he was out of stock. Target should tell customers when to order.

They were super excited to have a matching barbie! The posable part of him is their favorite as they pretend play with it. They also use the stand to keep him upright when not in play. All around great quality barbie and accessories.

Yeah, target, they actually keep the Barbie inside the protective metal cardboard box and then ship it inside their own target box. This is so awesome. It helps keep the box in perfect condition and really helps avoid damaging the doll or the box for collectors. Way to go target, thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The “Ken” Barbie doll is an amazing 3D screen grab from the Barbie movie. The build of the bill is great enabling effortless posing of the doll if using the included stand, but not to rigid to prevent playing with the doll as an adventure buddy to your other favorite Barbie dolls. My kids wanted to keep Ken in his box on display until I convinced them to take the doll out and pose him using the included stand. Since then they have placed with Ken and told stories with the mega bricks Barbie dream house. (Sold separately)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This collector’s edition Ken doll is very well made. It comes with an easily assembled stand, but it can also stand unassisted. The doll comes with protective plastic under the clothes for extra protection and the hair is slicked down to maintain style. The white cowboy hat is made of a plastic like material that fits Ken’s head perfectly. Our favorite feature of this doll was how possible he is. The elbows, wrists and knees all move and will maintain whatever pose you create.

I loved the movie and the cowboy Ken doll is FANTASTIC! He’s adorable and looks just like the movie Ken and gives my kiddo more representation in his Barbie collection as we don’t have as many boy dolls. The outfit and doll are high quality and we WILL be getting more.

It is very spot on with how the character in The Barbie Movie looked like. The details to the western cowboy outfit are perfect and even the accessories. He is posable but this doll is more suited for a collectors item rather than to play with. My daughter was overjoyed with receiving this to go with her Barbie cowgirl and I would definitely recommend this to a Barbie doll collector.

The quality of materials is wonderful. My daughter was a bit underwhelmed with the outfit and hair as a play doll. She wanted to know if he could wear other clothes as soon as she opened him. Since he is based off the movie and is not necessarily meant for a play toy, I understand the clothing choice. He works well with all our other Barbie dolls and items, so that is a plus.

I absolutely love this doll. I love how they embroidered his shirt instead of just printing the pattern. I left a star off due to the fringe sticking up, it just looks really dorky 😂

The doll looks like the main Ken from the movie. The hair also matches. The outfit is perfectly tailored to fit Ken. The hat and shoes come off. Detail of both is very impressive. Very stylish. You can bend the arms and legs. This is a collector’s item. Comes with a stand and a cool box. Will definitely attracts any Barbie lover out there. My kids were instantly drawn to it. Will be a great gift for both boys and girls alike.

But this outfit was my absolute favorite in the movie along with cowgirl barbie fit and obvs this is before kens drastic change and i was so excited to receive this ken doll because my daughter is getting barbie for Christmas and she's 11 now so not much time before she grows out of dolls but perfect time to create great storylines. The quality and detail on this doll is amazing and I can't wait to watch my daughter play with him.

I really wanted to love this doll but he had hair issues so I returned him. I'm a Barbie fan and have the one from back in the day and thought this one would be perfect for my collection but sadly quality isn't good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is a replica of a toy Ken Doll in the Barbie movie. This doll can be used for hours of play or just a collectible. My little one played with it in her Barbie house with her other Barbie’s. The build quality is great and some of the body parts are move like the hands and knees. The only problem my child had with the doll was the excessive plastic on the doll. This plastic was on the body of the toy. I felt it was excessive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was fun to play with the other Barbie’s with. The clothes are great and authentic looking to a cowboy in a rodeo. Was used with horses my kids already have and they had a blast. My only minor thing is that the fringe was not all the same length, but that is very minor and it all held up very well with play!
