I ordered a white color king-size, and it arrived exactly as it was advertised. The arrived package was a small zipped bag, and it got inflated when I opened it. The material is very soft and seems to be durable. It feels very comfortable when I sleep. Overall, it was a great buy!

When I first received my mattress pad I was a little thrown off by how it was packaged. The clear zipper bag it came in was all torn up and it had dirt and dust all over it. However after washing and drying the mattress pad it was as good as new! After applying it to my mattress I realized what I had been missing out on for so long. The alternative fiber fill gives a lovely topper to the mattress. Also I love that the down inside the mattress pad is made with hypoallergenic materials so it won't irritate my allergies! Would recommend if your looking for a quality fitted mattress pad!

It's not bad by any means, just nothing special. The pad is not super fluffy, so if you prefer a thin mattress pad than this one is for you. I do like how soft it is but unfortunately that doesn't matter much since there will always be a sheet over it. The sides are deep and easily fit over your mattress. All in all, it's a decent option if you're in the market for a new mattress pad. Worth a try! I'll happily continue to use it in my guest bedroom.
