• SWIRL a small amount of foundation in the cap until it disappears into the brush.
• TAP away any excess.

I've been buying this powder from Target for years and it is actually a great product. This review is to get Target's attention about their customer service fail. I ordered this online, bcause my store no longer carries it. The powder was shipped in a giant box with no packaging material. When I opened the powder, it was missing the plastic seal so the powder exploded everywhere. I submitted a return on the app, choosing the reason that the product was damaged and gave a detailed description. I mailed it back (with bubble wrap!) Target denied my return and I can't get any help from customer service. I just want a refund.

I bought Fair Ivory 02 and it used to be the perfect match and have a gorgeous glow. I'm so sad that this product has changed so much. Now it looks so chalky, yellow and is so extremely drying on me. I used to work for bareMinerals and after they got bought out a few years ago and closed all the boutiques I was hoping that this sort of product change would not also happen. This was such an amazing company when Leslie Blodgett was in charge. they used to have all the fun sets and it was such a girlfriend experience, it really was. Now it's just another company in my opinion.

I used this years ago but then started using liquid makeup because I was told that I shouldn't be using powder on my face at my age. I just went back to the original bare minerals makeup. The swirl tap buff technique. I forgot how much I missed it!! You can build coverage up. You look fabulous! It didn't break me out. It didn't stay in my lines (I'm 55). It's easy and quick! You can put just a bit on and look great. I'm so mad at myself for not going back sooner. This is what put bare minerals on the market. Greatest of all time foundation.

I read that bareminerals was bought out. I had hoped that the new company would not mess with the forumals, and they did exactly that! Bismuth Oxychloride (a pore clogging ingredient) use to be the LAST ingredient on the ORIGINAL foundation and now on the NEW one it's the FIRST ingredient! Mica is a lot more expensive than Bismuth Oxychloride. So I'm assuming the new company is trying to save money by using more of the cheap pore clogging ingredient. I'm taking my recently purchased powder and liqiud bareminerals foundation back to the store! They cannot treat loyal customers this way!
