Tattoo Cover Up with Infallible in 5 Simple Steps
Step 1. Prime Your Tattoo
Before moving on to the concealing portion of hiding your tattoo, it’s important to prep the area for makeup application with a makeup primer. Primer creates a smooth base so the rest of your makeup can apply seamlessly, and it extends the wear time. Apply an even layer of the L’Oréal Paris Prime Lab Up to 24H Matte Setter to your tattoo and the surrounding area. If you’re using a color-correcting primer like L’Oréal Paris Prime Lab Up to 24H Dullness Reducer, use that in place of a mattifying primer.
Step 2. Use a Color Corrector
Next, take your orange color-correcting concealer and apply a generous layer to conceal your tattoo. Blend it out with a damp makeup sponge.
Step 3. Apply Foundation and Blend with a Makeup Sponge
Use your finger to dab the foundation onto the color-corrected area of skin, then, use a makeup sponge to create an even, seamless tattoo cover up makeup waterproof blend. Remember to blend outwards so the concealed area matches the rest of your skin.
Step 4. Follow Up With Concealer
Next, build up the coverage with tattoo concealer and blend with your makeup sponge. Be sure to use a shade that most closely matches your skin tone for a seamless look.
Step 5. Set With Powder and Setting Spray

My mature skin is dry. This foundation was not flattering. By the end of the day, it settled into every pore and even fine lines. Also, I bought the wrong shade for my skin because it was so difficult to match my skin tone online. I wore it at home to see how it would wear. Not only the color, but because of the way it settled, it was not a foundation I would buy again. I do not recommend this product.

I miss the old 24hr formula. The color match and the coverage was great. But with this new formula, the shades have changed and doesn’t match as well, and it broke me out after one use. I really wanted to like the new formula, but my skin definitely dislikes it.

I've been using this since high school (so about 20 years continuously now). It's the only foundation I will use! Coverage is perfect. Depending on my tan level, I just blend different shades together. I even wore it in a sauna and it stayed flawless! PLEASE DONT EVER DISCONTINUE THIS!

The new formula is NOT favorable. The moment I applied the product to my face and attempted to blend it, there was a noticeable change in the shade and oxidation of the foundation. The new formula does not blend well. The results looked "cakey" and unnatural. For the above reasons, I will not purchase this product again unless L'Oreal makes an effort to reformulate this product with actual improved results. Why change the product when loyal consumers were happy with the original formula? I would like to also see the return of expiration dates on the foundation bottles too. Shade #515 was my preference. Overall, this is a very poor formula.

I’m early 30s and have near perfect skin. However, certain foundations make me look 40+ this is one of them LOL. When first applied this sits nicely and looks like skin. As soon as it dries down it shows every single pore (mine are usually invisible) shows lines that weren’t even there before this was applied. It dries patchy. This is for the old formula too. I can’t speak on the new one yet. Switching to a skin tint I hate it. I look better with nothing on than using this terrible heavy cakey foundation

Honestly the older formula was way better, lightweight fresh, and non comedogenic. The new formula is just bad and thick I used it multiple times but didn’t like it at all. Unfortunately after many years of purchasing the older formula I will not purchase this foundation again. so much people liked the old formula why change it after so many years !

Why!!!! The original 24 hour formula was perfection. It was literally the only foundation I could use. Why did you have to change it? The new one has less coverage, doesn't look smooth and oxidizes...I'm legit heartbroken. Please bring back the old formula, I'm begging!!!

Great option for pale olive toned folks. Stays put better than other foundations I’ve tried, and I have incredibly stubborn oily skin. I use smashbox photo finish primer first and set with airspun powder followed by UD all nighter setting spray. Holds up pretty well through my 8 hour shifts!

I loved how this foundation looks on my skin…but now I have all these tiny bumps everywhere and I never usually break out! also my skin has been really dry all the sudden , so I’m forced to stop using this.

Holy grail foundation. Been using it for many years now. Works perfect with my skin type and skin tone. I love it so much. I haven’t noticed a formula change like others are saying- but even if that’s a fact I still love it anyways. The best foundation for me! I hope it never gets discontinued. It’s such a nice coverage- medium to full. Works beautifully with both my cream and powder products. It leaves a nice matte finish that doesn’t come out so dry. It also lasts very long even without setting spray or primer. Dries in a timely manner- pretty quick! I have only great things to say about this product. & I hardly ever see my shade out of stock so I believe it’s very readily available any time as well! The only con is that it’s unfortunately gotten more expensive overtime than it used to be with inflation. It used to be much more affordable.

I like the product itself, but it arrived missing the cap, leaked all over my other things I ordered and there was 2 glass jars in the box with it. No bubble wrap or packing paper or anything?? I did remove my jars from the box before snapping photos. I can’t return it online (which is how I bought it) so now I have to drive 45 minutes to my nearest target to get one that isn’t open and missing the cap. Really disappointing. Just go in store in buy this product. This seems to be a common issue.

I’ve used the 24hr foundation for years!! Why change now? The 32hr foundation with vitamin C added is awful!! It changed the entire color and texture! Now I’m having to spend time looking for another foundation!
