terrible customer service. I purchased a few items online. The items that I received were different than the ones I ordered. After sending my items back, my refund was denied, because they said I had used the items. They got the items and my money. I never used anything. I even didn't order those items. TERRIBLE. I use these bins to store my son’s hot wheels inside. Because they’re clear, he knows what’s inside the bins, and he plays with them regularly. The only thing I don’t like about them is that the edges feel a little unfinished. I wish they were smoother and more rounded.
