A: It says on the bottle Serving size is 2 tablets and Amount per serving is 300 GalU. So I would say 2 tablets have 300 GalU. Hope this is helpful for you.

I started taking this after experiencing a change in my digestive abilities (ie all of a sudden everything made me bloat!) I take two of these with each meal and can eat almost anything I want! (Except heavy dairy products) Thank goodness for this! Note: I’ve been to a dr and he said stress contributed to a decrease in my body’s ability to digest foods, and suggested I give my body some help while learning to handle stress better. I am NOT recommending this for anyone who should see a Dr for ongoing issues. Our digestive tract is REALLY important, so see a Dr if something changes or you are having issues :)

This stuff actually works. I try to eat a lot of vegetables, but that decision often leads to a gassy belly. Since using it, I haven’t experienced any uncomfortable or embarrassing gas after dinner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Beano Ultra for a few weeks now. They are average sized pills that can be chewed or swallowed. I prefer to swallow them. They are best taken right before your meal to get them to work right. They are something I like to have in the house to use when eating certain foods like beans, broccoli, and cabbage.
