Small tight cups that go around ear. It's just weird that would make them that small? Always wanted some beats but now super disappointed
Extremely poor quality

Pleasant aftertaste - 3 months ago
The sound quality is GREAT. It has lots of bass and I’ve never had a problem with the sound quality in my 2 years with this product. I take them everywhere and they help cancel out noise. BUT the quality of the headphones itself SUCKS. Both sides of the headphones are broken. So now I have to secure it with tape and idk how but one side is stuck after taping it. I don’t think it’s made for thick kinky hair/locs. My sister and my cousin have experienced this. They no longer own theirs. If they ever sell these again or you’re thinking about getting a similar pair only get them on sale cuz they’ll break sooner or later.

Phone call quality could be better but overall good. They serve their purpose to listen to music and podcasts at the gym. I’m also kinda rough with them and they haven’t broken so that’s good.

So my 3 star rating is for a bunch of reasons, BUT MY MAIN REASON is for the fact that today 11/12/2024, I received my beats and there was no mic usb cord; ONLY the charging one. Now, my last Beats Solo 3 I received as a gift abt 3 yrs ago. If wasn’t an everyday headset, I would use it for travel and for when I’m home and just wanna listen to some music and drown out my surrounding. What happened was the stem on the side broke and I was using it taped up. I called apple and their only suggestion was to buy a new one. With the price that these cost, they should be made better.

Bought for my daughter they're stylish and cute but after a little time they start to peel and shed around the ears ..For the price you pay that shouldn't be happening
Wish I could give a 0.

Lasted me only 2 years after purchase. The headphones refuse to charge above 60%, the headphone pads get easily dirty and have to be replaced repeatedly. They were ok I got them on promo for $99 but would not buy again unfortunately.

The sound quality is fine but the headphones are very uncomfortable to wear. I have small ears and the earpieces don’t even cover them properly so they just press against my head. There’s not much in the way of noise cancellation and I definitely wouldn’t want to wear these while studying or for a long flight. I wish I’d returned them before the window closed.

Had these for 10 months. The adjustable part of the headphones has separated and the ear cushions are peeling. Very disappointed. My much cheaper JBL has held up better.

Enjoyed these for 9 months until they randomly stopped powering on and/or charging. Had to send them in to be “repaired” which of course takes weeks.

I love them BUT they are not even a year old and the power button is broke. So they are basically useless now. Need a better way to turn them on/off
Great but they stop working easily

These headphones lack durability. I am 9 months in - and they’ve already been sent in for a warranty repair and now at 9 months - the sound is playing on one side only again. When they worked they were great but I can’t really recommend headphones that can’t even make it 6 months without failing.

I purchased these headphones from Target in November 2023 (Black Friday). It is currently July 2024 or 8 months later and these headphones no longer work. One side just suddenly stopped working. I did a factory reset and also tried to return them but neither worked. Now I’m stuck with headphones that don’t work and don’t know what to do with them? Landfill? Goodwill?
