Do the headphones work? Yes. Is the noise canceling of 2025 quality? No way. I gave them multiple shots but when compared to my husband‘s AirPods, these let in about 80% more noise. I don’t even know if what they do counts as noise canceling at all, or if it’s just the slight muffle of the design. Invest in a better piece of technology.

Even tho I had this Beats before, these one came defective and I tried to exchange them after the 1st use and 15 days after the ONLINE ORDER they told me the exchange/return window had expired. I was just trying to replace the item because it has a lot of static when no music is playing or while listening music to a low volume. This is almost a flat out scam, selling defective products and refusing to exchange them.

Been through 6 pairs in a year. They keep making this noise, ocean sound? Or dryer sound in the left side every pair no dropping or water or laying on it it just happens less then a week. I use them all the time. So be warned yes they noise cancel and comfy but be warned the price, not worth the hassle and damage they do. They break so dang easily. It’s crazy. Get apple care if I were you or your out of luck

My son got these Beats headphones for Christmas and loves them but they are already broken. He went to put them on and the side just snapped. I would hope that, for the price, the quality would be better. I’d be satisfied with replacing them…maybe this was a fluke?? But Target says the window for exchange has expired. 3 month old Beats that are broken and can’t be returned/exchanged?! I am so disappointed.

4 stars because unless your hair is in a ponytail, the headphones will pull strands of hair. Sound is good yes the sound bleeds out but still good headphones. I wear them when I want to ignore the world lol noise canceling works good but if you’re outside and it’s windy you will hear the wind. I got them for $200 and target had a sale a week later luckily I got the price adjustment. All in all they’re worth the 179$ I paid. The ears also easily leaves fingerprint marks
