I would buy these headphones over and over again. I still have my original pair from 2018 that work perfectly still and I bought a new pair for my husband this year. A huge perk is the AUX cord it comes with so that you can use it on airplanes or your computer if you forget to charge the battery! Helps filter noise and is the perfect fit around your ear to really get in the zone. Highly recommend.

Noise cancelling cannot be turned off. The build quality is below expectation. The overall sound stage is unimpressive. Expected so much more, my older Technics EAH800 are far better, these are on par with the anker soundcore range.

Terrible for phone calls. After a few months of owning it began cutting out sound a lot and became choppy. These problems shouldn’t happen for the price.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your QuietComfort Headphones on calls! If the audio is cutting out on calls, this doesn't necessarily indicate that the headphones are defective. One thing to try is rebooting your smartphone, which can clear up smaller issues, or you can also factory-reset the headphones by 1. removing them from your phone's Bluetooth list, 2. removing them from your account in the Bose app, and 3. sliding the Power/Bluetooth switch to the right and holding it, whilst pressing and holding the Action button for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the status light blinks amber, and then slowly blue. The headphones will now be in their original out-of-box state. As much as I love the sound and cancellation, the adjustments aren’t tight enough for my small head. I feel them slide a lot, especially while working out. Please offer an adjustment add on or make a smaller size.

Noise cancelling is fantastic, I can listen to music whilst vacuuming and I don't hear the vacuum at all. Great on aeroplanes to drown out the background noise. Battery life is really good.
