Q: Could this be used like an electric skillet in addition to slow cooker? Am I able to make a egg or tofu scramble inside one of these? Can I cook and sear breakfest patties in it? Saute veggies?

I am very pleased with my new slow cooker. Cooked a beef stew that turned out amazing. Very easy to clean. The only negative is the pre-set times for the low and high settings. I will plan to be around to turn it off after a 5 hr low setting recipe. But other than that it’s a great price for what you get.
