The bella VersaBrew 2-in-1 Coffee Maker is the ultimate coffee flex: brew a single-serve cup (using coffee grounds or pods) or a 12-cup carafe. Part of our Fits-anywhere™ kitchenware system, it also has a slim profile and tucks away neatly under most cabinets. The adjustable drip tray lifts mugs for mess-free brewing and accommodates tall travel mugs up to 7” high. Carafe stays warm after brewing with the keep-warm, easy-to-clean warming plate, and the carafe’s lid includes a mixing tube that pushes the coffee back up to ensure a consistent blend. Love the functions and coffee is extremely hot right after making but when I go to pour my second round, the coffee has cooled down considerably. By sitting on the burner longer, it should get hotter. Not sure what’s going on with it. Otherwise I love it but just wish the coffee stayed hot . And yes, light is still on so power is still on.

I misss my Keurig. Tried something new but the fact it doesn’t have a drip tray means I’m always staring at coffee stains. There’s no “refill water button” like the Keurig. The reusable k cup it comes with is a shorter, wider version of all the others on the market and the others don’t fit (though a regular K-Cup does). The brew options buttons don’t light up when you close the pod compartment which I also miss. Could be little things but I don’t love this like I wanted to. The only thing I like is the compact size.

I thought it would be a wonderful and less crowded means af having a multi brew option machine, and it looks great. But the amount of noise and unpredictability of whether or not it’s going to actually work is another question. The pump seems to be faulty and not work correctly at all so I never know if it’ll be a full cup or a few dribbles in my cup. Awful product quality overall.

Zero stars … but I had to pick 1. Very symbolic of the 1 pot of coffee I made with it before it quit working. Won’t even turn on. Bought on sale for back-up appliance, needed it and was able to use it 1 time and now it’s garbage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! Very disappointing.

I like the color and size of this coffee maker and it's easy to change from a carafe to a cup. The reason I only gave a four is I wish the cord was longer it can be tricky filling up the water dispenser,when you cannot pull out far enough from under the cabinets. Over all I'm happy.

While the overall coffee maker is okay, the single serve pod that I received with my order is dysfunctional and opens up during a brew to the result of water and coffee grinds everywhere in and around the coffee maker. This item has a warranty and I contacted BellaVersa customer service for a replacement pod. Instead of working with me to find a solution, they kept repeatedly sending the same pre-written instructions telling me to destroy the coffee maker and send them both a photo and video. This is incredibly wasteful since I only need one replacement part. When I asked for my inquiry to be forwarded to management, they sent the same reply again and signed it off as “Team Management.” While the coffee maker in general is fine, the lack of customer service and demands to waste the entire item has been astonishing. I will not be purchasing any BellaVersa product again after this.
