Excellent coffee maker! Purchased one for personal use, loved it so much I purchased a second for my mother for her birthday. We needed a new coffee maker for work, so I purchased one for work. Everyone loved how easy and fast it brewed. The multiple size options were a real hit since we do not have to make an entire pot of coffee if someone wanted a late afternoon cup of coffee. The Ninja was so easy and less mess than our old "grind and brew", we decided to purchase another and to replace the second "grind and brew" coffee maker. The Ninja Hot & Iced XL Coffee Maker has been a real game changer at work, home and my parent's house. Plus, it doesn't take up as much counter space since the depth is not as much as a standard coffee pot. TIP: I read some reviews before we purchased our first Ninja about the coffee tasting like plastic. I have never had that problem with any of the four I have purchased. The secret is to wash the plastic water bin with soap and water, run two full pots of half vinegar, half water and then two plain water pots before making a cup of coffee. This last one I purchased, I only did one pot of half vinegar and half water, then one plain water pot. No plastic taste. You will not regret buying the Ninja.

Took a few tries to get the strength how I like it, especially single serve,but it's rocking now!

Liked design and functions, I first dealt with a coffee maker not producing hot coffee; would have to microwave to get to a suitable temp. but when it stopped making the amount of coffee, I would choose 8oz, then 12oz or more, and it only makes 8oz or less. returning the product.

I bought the Ninja Hot & Iced coffee maker in September of 2023. Loved it for the first 9 months, but now not so much. Most of the time I use the travel size when brewing my morning coffee, but when it is finished it always leaves about an inch of water in the filter. I close the flow, wait a few seconds and then open it back up and a little bit will come out, so I do this several times to get all the water out of the filter. Help!! Other than this I love this machine.

This does not make cold brew or iced coffee , the coffee comes out HOT.

We ordered online but when we got the box we saw a massive prop 65 warning with a couple concerning chemicals listed, keep that in mind! We returned.

Dear Ninja Team, I just wanted to take a moment to say *thank you* for making my mornings so much better. This past Christmas, my boyfriend completely surprised me with this coffee maker, and I have to say that coffee hasn’t been the same since. I’ve been a moka pot loyalist for years--loving the rich, bold coffee it makes. But after moving into our first house together *the same week as Christmas* (yes, it was as chaotic as it sounds), I'm now obsessed with how this machine can make a *full pot* of coffee with ease. Between unpacking, last-minute errands, and settling into our new home, being able to press a button and get the perfect brew? Absolutely life-saving. This machine does *everything*. Whether I want a quick single cup, a strong specialty brew, or a full carafe when friends come over, it never disappoints. when I saw it did over ice, I had a full princess diaries moment. That being said, I do have a couple of small notes. First, I *really* wish the box came with more than three coffee filters—especially for new users. Moving during Christmas week meant I had to run out and buy more almost immediately, and it would have been great to have at least a 5-7 days worth included. My second and biggest gripe is over the time-setting buttons. It takes way too long to set the hours and minutes as they are hard to push, and I feel that a dial would have made things so much easier. Overall, though, I’m absolutely in love with this coffee maker. It’s made my mornings smoother. I’ve already started telling everyone about it, and I’m excited to recommend more Ninja products on my blog that I'm currently building. I’ll be attempting to sign up for the Ninja affiliate program also soon, because honestly, if this machine is any indication of your quality, I can’t wait to see what else you have to offer.

Agreed this is a bunk product. Terrible coffee pot. Coffee grounds everywhere. Talk about a horrible way to start the day, every day. Such an expensive pile of trash. Idk if I have the heart to even attempt to resell it knowing the demise I will be providing another person.

I have used both the older and upgraded versions for five years now, and I love them both! Personally, I think it makes great tasting drip coffee for a commercial pot.

Santa brought this for Christmas and I totally love it. It is so versatile and easy to adjust the amount and style of brewing. Perfect for me who loves hot and cold brew, depending on time of day. I highly recommend this machine.

I bought this coffee station for myself as a Christmas present. I was watching it and trying to decide if I really needed it before ordering. I have never been more pleased with this purchase. I'm using the same coffee as I always have but the coffee tastes so much smoother from my Ninja coffee maker than my previous one by a different brand. I love the fact that I can make different size cups without brewing a pot. I haven't utilized the iced coffee function yet but I already know the coffee will be tasting great. The bonus of having the resouvoire was the reason I purchased this coffee maker but it has so many more bonuses such as the built in scoop too.

I love this coffee maker. Makes great hot or iced coffee. It’s easy to use. The hot coffee is actually hot, unlike with previous coffee makers I’ve had.

I bought this brewer and I love the look and functionality of the pot, however, it doesn’t make the coffee hot. It’s slightly more than warm and when you add creamer, it is just barely warm. Sadly I am returning it tomorrow.

I was honestly shocked by all the negative reviews. Originally saw this on Amazon and the reviews were great. I think a lot of the problems people are having has to do with not reading the manual. If your coffee is tasting bitter, it’s likely you used too much coffee grounds. The manual shows exactly how many scoops you need depending on how much coffee you’re making. It also says the brew may pause once or multiple times during a brew cycle. don’t be impatient and remove the coffee pot before it’s complete or else it will stop making the coffee. The manual also says fill up your cup to the top with ice when using the cold brew settings. So if looks like you not getting enough cold brewed coffee, it’s probably because you didn’t put enough ice in there. I have made iced and hot coffee and it was delicious. It’s works great, people are just dumb.

Replaced an older version of this same unit. Older version served us well. Well pleased with the upgraded features of this unit. Really like the new heated warmer for the coffee pot

I love my new coffee maker - easy to make 1 cup or one carafe using coffee grounds…no more K Cups. I just wish I had the 6 oz option.
