Q: Hello, is the headrest removable or adjustable? Concerned it will force my head/neck forward and down uncomfortably when sitting upright.
A: Hi - the headrest is built into the padding of the back of the chair, so it is not removable. In our experience it does not force your neck forward or down when sitting upright. Hope that helps and answers your question!

Q: How does the knob work for the recline ?
