Q: Hello, is the headrest removable or adjustable? Concerned it will force my head/neck forward and down uncomfortably when sitting upright.

A: Hi - the headrest is built into the padding of the back of the chair, so it is not removable. In our experience it does not force your neck forward or down when sitting upright. Hope that helps and answers your question!

I likethe look of chair and it's comfortable. I wish the chair post and ottoman post were permanently faux leather.expecting attached to the base. I have dropped the base on my shin a few times when moving the chair t glean. The ottoman already has tiny tears in the faux leather.
Good chair for the price.

I love that chair. I owned it for about 5 years and when it was about 1/2 that price. Very comfortable, easy to clean. I am thinking to buy it again but too expensive right now. The only down side is that the "bonded leather" was peeling where my head rest after awhile. I would suggest putting a small head cover because the oil from your hair/head will flake the leather out over time. I gave it 4 stars because i had to discard it after 5 years

This chair is beautiful, sleek and comfortable. However, the threads are already loosening up as shown in the picture. There is cut in the leather underneath the chair. It is a pretty expensive chair for anything to go wrong within 1 week of using it and it has hardly been used so far. I wanted to give it 5 stars but I am not sure of it's longevity any more. I will update the review in few more weeks.

I bought 2. Threw one away after 6 years of use due to peeling fake leather. Such a waste, The second chair is now same, sadly. I would buy another in a second, even paying twice as much, except I know it won't hold up. I LOVE EVERYTHING about this chair, except the intolerable peeling. So Comfy, reclines, swivels, nice looking pre-peel and my body loves it. I need a replacement, but it will NOT be fake leather. too much $$$ for such short durability.
