The included prebiotics seems to have an effect on gut health. I can't speak much for the stress relief, but I didn't have any ill effects either. The taste is simple and not off-putting like some supplements.

The texture is fine though I was worried with as cloudy as it was that it would be gritty. I did not find it to be gritty at all which was nice. The packaging is super convenient for on the go and great that it’s already in individual servings.

I appreciate the added Theanine, 200mg total which is an effective dose for reducing stress and calming down the body. The flavor is simply non-existent. It doesn’t taste bad, but there just isn’t a strong flavor. The label says that it only contains natural flavors, which may explain why it doesn’t have much taste
