This as amazing and worked perfectly for a year (used in average once a week), but the two latches that keep the lids on have broken off on both the sets I purchased, so now they are useless, and it’s passed the warranty date. So I’m out of luck.

I had four of these and am down to one that’s working. All of the little parts of the lids disintegrate after about three months even following hand-wash only directions. I’m not going to waste my time trying to spend more money on replacement parts. Worked great, while it worked. Sadly seems like it’s just one more built to break product. And calling them ‘dishwasher safe’ when 4/6ths of the product is hand-wash only is intentionally misleading. Just a matter of time before I’m down to zero.

I have only had this bowl for a few months and the lid already broke. The one of the snaps on the side broke off. Can’t buy just a replacement lid so this bowl is essentially useless now. Buyer beware.

This was great for about a month, until the latch snapped off while closing it. Seems to be a design flaw as I've since found many reviews citing the same issue. At this price point, the quality needs to be better. Very disappointing.

Bought this item only to unpack it at home and find a huge crack down the side of the bowl. The box it came in was not crushed, dented or damaged in any way. There were no pieces of broken glass in the box. The item was carefully packaged in the box so I tend to think that this item went into the box cracked.

Lid broke. The prongs that snap the lid on are weak. I didn't keep the receipt so bentgo reluctantly replaced as a one time courtesy, but that lid's prongs look weak right out of the box. There is a white little line in the crease that shows it is going to break also. Do Not Buy.

The tabs on the lid broke off after less than 20 uses. Plus, the salad dressing containers don’t close tightly. Waste of money.

Closure tabs keep popping off. You can pop them back on but 8/10 times it pops back off when you try to close it. Frustrating!!!

One of the top locks broke after one week of use and the dressing cap does not close all the way so the dressing will leak out some. Would not suggest purchasing.

Great salad prep container however the cheap clips on the lids keep breaking! You need to provide a replacement lid and improve the clips in the meantime. Very disappointing, I have had two lids break now within only a few months use.

So close to being great, but with one glaring construction issue. I really love this salad bowl, the glass is nice, it's a good size (fits most premade salad kits), the toppings separator is great, and the container for the dressing pretty works well too, the thinner dressings can escape a bit. However, I have had 3 of the lids break where the clasp of the lid grabs onto the bowl. I even hand washed the last lid I had exclusively (despite it saying it was dishwasher safe) and it still broke. It pains me because I love it, but I'm going to have to look elsewhere as I'm tired of replacing the lid and continuing to throw away plastic.

Disappointed in the quality of such an expensive container. Bought it yesterday brand new and right out of the box the dressing container wasn’t able to seal completely and left a gap. You can probably guess what happened to my food then. Too pretty to be such a big mess.

I should have read all the reviews. The quality of the lid is extremely poor. It broke the first day I received it. This is the worst quality of any container in terms of closing the lid.
